How It Works
Manda's operation consists of two key components: the negotiation tool and the execution tool. These components work together to enable decentralized, efficient, and secure operations for DAOs.
The Negotiation tool: This tool facilitates group negotiations within DAOs. Traditional consensus mechanisms often struggle with numerical parameter decision making, especially as the number of participants increases. To address this challenge, Manda developed a collaborative approach to reach agreements on parameters that satisfy the majority of parties involved. The consensus mechanism for groups on numerical parameters is based on the median mechanism. This first approach has an aim to reduce complexity of multi-party negotiations and enable efficient decision making within DAOs.
The Execution tool: Once decisions are made, the Execution tool enables the decentralized execution of operations. It ensures that the agreed-upon actions are securely and efficiently carried out. By leveraging dEOAs and ad-hock smart contracts, Manda enables DAOs to perform operations. Additionally, it enables DAO-to-DAO operations and operations between DAOs and traditional organizations in a decentralized manner.
Manda's combination of the Decision Making tool and the Execution tool empowers DAOs to streamline their operations and overcome the inefficiencies associated with traditional organizational structures.
